The Osaki Platinum AI Xrest 4D+ features two over-the-shoulder massage nodes that apply targeted pressure to your neck and shoulders. While the human-like nodes tackle upper body tension, the 4D rollers deliver a revitalizing massage down to your glutes. The Xrest uses AI technology to assess your body’s needs and creates a personalized massage routine based on the scan. Lower the massage chair’s dome to block out the world for a distraction-free experience. The Xrest also comes with essential functions, including lower back and foot heating, calf and foot rollers, and 16 auto programs. Enjoy modern conveniences like phone charging, surround sound Bluetooth speakers, a touchscreen tablet, and Alexa-compatible voice control - all while relaxing in Zero Gravity.
Experience unmatched neck and shoulder relief with the Xrest. Two shoulder nodes, fitted with 20 airbags, provide a human-like 360° kneading action on top of your shoulders. You can manually adjust the massage nodes up or down to achieve the perfect amount of shoulder pressure. You can even increase the intensity on just one shoulder if needed.
As the shoulder massage system applies pressure to your traps and shoulders, a specialized node mimics the natural movement of a human thumb along the back and sides of your neck.
The Xrest goes beyond just a shoulder massage system. Its advanced 4D backrest rollers replicate the fluid motions and speed variations of human hands. Choose from four roller intensity levels.
The 4D rollers glide along a 53″ SL-Track rail crafted from laser-cut steel. This extended track ensures that the rollers travel from your neck down to your glutes.

Before your massage starts, the Xrest maps your body’s contours to accurately position the 4D rollers and shoulder system.

The Xrest has built-in heating coils along your lower back and feet. Heat relaxes tight muscles and prepares your body for a more effective massage treatment. Both heating options can be activated separately.
The Xrest combines 46 airbag cells with 4D rollers for a full body massage. The airbags apply compression therapy, replicating the feel of skilled hands working across your entire body. Airbags massage your waist, arms & hands, calves, feet, and over your shoulders. The airbag intensity can be adjusted up to five levels.

Choose from three dedicated Neck & Shoulder programs, including Slight, Focus, and Shoulder Concentrated. Choose from four dedicated Lower Back programs, including Comfort, Recovery, Deep Tissue I, and Deep Tissue II.
You’re in charge with manual mode. Select from up to six roller techniques, target specific areas, activate airbags, and fine-tune the roller and shoulder system.
