How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our support team at support@osimtexas.com or call +1 (281) 810-6666 within 30 days of delivery. Our team will coordinate a pickup from your home at a convenient time.

Return Conditions

  • The chair must be in its original condition - no physical damage beyond normal use during the guarantee period.
  • All original accessories, remotes, power cords, and documentation must be included.
  • The chair should be accessible for pickup from a ground-floor location.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the manufacturer and model. This covers return logistics, inspection, and repackaging. The exact fee will be communicated before you confirm the return.

Refund Timeline

Once the chair is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your chair arrives damaged or develops a defect during the guarantee period, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund with no restocking fee.
