Your body has a natural “S” shaped curve that is created by your spine. As such, your spine often bears the brunt of stress, tension and the basic support of your body. This tension often builds, leading to various ailments including pain, numbness and, in some cases, can even affect your heart rate. The Infinity IT-8500 Plus features a unique quad roller mechanism on a 30″ track that conforms to the natural curve of your spine so it can soothe stress, alleviate pain & tension, and provide a deep sense of long-lasting comfort and relaxation. The S-Track design of the IT-8500 Plus hits all the areas of tension along the spine - from the neck down to the lumbar region.
The Infinity IT-8500 Plus’s advanced stretch functionality is its signature feature and is unsurpassed in the industry. During this full body stretch, the massage chair’s airbags grip your shoulders, waist and legs as it reclines to decompress and relieve your spine.
The upper body airbag system firmly retracts your shoulders as the airbags grip and stretch your lower body. These operations are performed simultaneously as the back roller massagers moves up and down your spine and the seat’s swivel feature swings your hips from side to side. This multi-functional system delivers a state-of-the-art spinal correction and can even improve your posture.
The Infinity IT-8500 Plus is designed to reflect the principles of Zero Gravity that NASA uses in all of its space capsule seats. Using the concept of Zero Gravity allows the chair to mimic an unadulterated weightless experience, not unlike that which astronauts experience in space. In Zero Gravity, your body releases all weight and tension into the chair, while inducing a sense of weightlessness that relieves stress, tension and muscle discomfort. All the while, your legs will remain higher than your body to improve circulation and blood flow, which, ultimately, provides the most comfortable, and relaxing massage chair experience.
The beauty and skill of the IT-8500 Plus is threefold. First, the massage chair automatically detects the position of your body, giving it the unique ability to target specific areas such as the shoulders or calves without manually interfering with the machine. The IT-8500 Plus has a highly tuned optical sensor that allows it to pinpoint areas of your body. This, in turn, applies a precise and comfortable massage. Furthermore, the chair’s sensors target individual accupoints along the spine, neck and shoulders to deliver the most accurate and soothing massage possible.
The IT-8500 Plus features 40 airbags that are strategically distributed throughout the chair to massage the areas of your body not covered by the 30″ back roller system. The airbags target the shoulders, waist, arms, calves, feet, buttocks, and head. Airbags offer powerful kneading and twisting massage motions that mimic the motion of human hands stretching your entire body. Much like a professional massage, the gentle swinging motions target the pressure points and provide the highest level of comfort and relaxation to areas with the most tension. Depending on your tolerance, the airbag intensity can be adjusted up to five levels - from weak to strong.
Because the majority of stress is trapped in the back muscles, the powerful heating function of the IT-8500 Plus is designed to soothe and prepare your muscles for the massage. The lower lumbar heating element gently warms up to gradually reduce pain and tightness, as well as restore healthy circulation and the rigidity of your muscles. The heat function can be toggled on or off through the remote settings.
The IT-8500 Plus features a Total Sole Reflexology foot massage with a triple roller mechanism which kneads the feet’s vital pressure points. This powerful function replicates the thumb and finger techniques of reflexology. When combined with the foot airbags, the all-encompassing foot massage squeezes, kneads, rolls and swing massages your soles, arches, heels and ankles. The IT-8500 Plus includes three foot roller speeds. The lowest setting corresponds with a milder foot roller massage experience and the highest setting applies the strongest possible massage.
Indulge in seven auto modes, which can be selected with the tap of a button on the remote control. The collection of therapeutic recovery programs range in strength and specialize in delivering a customized massage to different areas of the body.
Dive into the manual mode of the Infinity IT-8500 Plus to create your own customized massage program using any of the roller massage techniques offered: Kneading, Tapping, Knocking, or Shiatsu. You can even have the rollers sync to the beat of your favorite playlist through Sync mode. Regardless of which massage technique is selected, you can control whether you want the rollers to massage the entire back, a partial area of the back, or even choose a specific point for targeted relief. Additionally, you can set the roller width (3 settings) and roller speed (6 settings).
Enhance your massage experience by pairing a Bluetooth-compatible device to the IT-8500 Plus. Sit back and relax as you listen to any audio form play from the built-in speaker system located in the headrest.
The IT-8500 Plus offers a relaxing selection of ambient soundscapes. Choose from 10 soothing nature sounds: White Noise, Ocean Surf, Crickets, Rain, Air Plane, Nature, Car Ride, Fireplace, Thunderstorm, and Windy Night.
The IT-8500 Plus incorporates app functionality which allows you to operate your chair directly from your smartphone. Simply download the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get started.

The massage quality is easily 5 stars - deep, precise, and therapeutic. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the companion app is a bit clunky and slow to connect. Once connected it works fine, but the initial Bluetooth pairing can be frustrating. That said, the physical remote works perfectly and I mostly use that now. Chair itself is excellent.
